Mrs. Fit's Crossfit Challenge


How many rounds of each exercises can you do in 10 minutes?!


 

Deadlifts (45lbs)

Platform squat jumps (box jump)

Deadlift (60lbs)

Kettle bell burpees with 10-15lbs.
Deadlift (70lbs)

Split jump squats 4 reps

Deadlift (85lbs)

One arm kettle bell swings with 10-15lbs.- 1 rep per arm

Walking lunges in 10 min.

Crunches 10 minutes

 Pushups in 10 minutes

 Burpees to Pull up 10 minutes
